What is the maximum I can sell?
You cannot sell more than your fund’s available balance. (The available balance does not include amounts from pending sales, exchanges or purchases.)
The total amount you can sell per day for all of your accounts is $125,000. The maximum online transfer to a bank account is $25,000 per day.
You must maintain your fund’s minimum investment amount. The minimum investment amount for most of our funds is $250; however, the money market fund and state-specific tax-exempt funds require a minimum investment of $1,000.
If your sale, including any estimated deferred sales charges, would leave less than the required minimum across all shares classes in your account, you must adjust your sale amount or sell all shares.
How do I add a bank account for online sales (withdrawals)?
Important: For your protection, there is a 10-day waiting period before money from the sale of shares can be deposited into a new bank account.
How do I update or delete a bank account?
To update or delete an account, click the Change link next to “Bank information” on the Profile page within Profile & Settings. Then complete the two-step process for changing bank account information.
How do I set up an automatic withdrawal plan for a fund?
On the Settings page within Profile & Settings, select the account for which you’d like to set up an automatic investment plan. Then choose Set up next to “Auto withdrawal” and follow the on-screen instructions.
